As a congregation seeking to develop a global vision for ministry outreach, we currently provide support for evangelistic endeavors with troops in the Ohio National Guard, students at the University of Michigan, villagers in Tanzania, citizens in China, and an unnamed Islamic population, as well as fulfilling our own mandate to spread the gospel in the greater Columbus area.
Our goal is to develop "redemptive relationships" with the missionaries we support. Using technology to grow trusting relationships built on open communication, we can support them physically, emotionally and spiritually in our shared Kingdom work.
It is our privilege to partner with ministries in the larger body of Christ that are very committed to worldwide evangelization, thus obeying our Lord's command to go "to the end of the earth" (Acts 1:8). To this end, we support two families ministering among unreached people groups in difficult places, as well as a family in Tanzania engaged in church planting, bible institute, and orphanage endeavors.
It is our privilege to partner with ministries in the larger body of Christ that are very committed to national evangelization, thus obeying our Lord's command to be "witnesses" in our Judea and Samaria (Acts 1:8). To this end we support evangelistic efforts at the University of Michigan.
It is a privilege to share the gospel with our neighbors and partner with ministries in the body of Christ in the greater Columbus area committed to local evangelization, thus obeying our Lord's command "to be witnesses" in our "Jerusalem" (Acts 1:8). To this end we support the Columbus Chapter of the Gospel Coalition; in addition, our congregation engages the community and their spheres of influence through a variety of structured and creative avenues.
